Going down memory lane.
slow and blurry. silent pain. hearing an unknown noise. feeling the joyful moments. childhood at its peak. not bothered about what will we gain. playing till the sun sets. watching the moon and the stars playing a game. eating and snacking without fear.. not worried about promises and commitments . throwing stones into puddles. floating paper boats when it will rain. sleeping peacefully without any worry or fears. knowing we will wake up in the morning. and when mum wakes us up we complain. we rub our eyes looking all around us. feeling and breathing the loneliness, the burden the strain. watching it all drift away, slipping out of our hands. raising our heartbeats. and we refrain from looking back at the train down memory lane....
